Scientists track clicks and eye movements to find best way to talk about HIV prevention

NCT ID NCT05728034

Summary

This research aimed to find the best way to share online information about HIV prevention pills (oral PrEP) and shots (injectable PrEP) with young men who have sex with men. Researchers had over 300 participants browse a fake Google results page with different types of messages. They secretly tracked what links people clicked on, how long they looked at pages, and even where their eyes moved to see which messages were most engaging.
