Summary

This study looks at how common malnutrition is in adults waiting for surgery and whether a nutrition education class can improve their weight and health before the operation. About 600 people from Siriraj Hospital will take part. The goal is to see if teaching patients about good nutrition can reduce complications and help them recover faster.
