Summary

This study will test if a program combining supervised exercise and perineal massage during pregnancy can help prevent common problems like urinary incontinence, depression, and gestational diabetes. About 2,000 healthy pregnant women will either join the program or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, effective, and practical for routine use.
