NCT ID NCT07307365
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study is testing a new kit called PremaSure to see if it can accurately predict the risk of premature delivery in pregnant women who are showing early signs of labor. About 800 women will provide a vaginal swab, and the test results will be compared to whether they give birth within 7 or 14 days. The goal is to see if the kit can be used as a simple self-test to help identify those at risk.
