Summary

This study aims to find the safest and most effective pain medication for seriously injured patients while they are being transported to the hospital. It will compare two common drugs, ketamine and fentanyl, given by paramedics. The main goal is to see which drug better controls pain without causing dangerous side effects like low blood pressure or breathing problems.
