Can pre-surgery workouts improve recovery for ovarian cancer patients?

Summary

This study tests whether a pre-surgery program of exercise, protein drinks, and breathing exercises is practical for women with ovarian cancer. About 36 participants will choose or be assigned to in-person coaching, remote coaching with a web app, or standard education. The goal is to see if women can meet weekly exercise targets and which delivery method they prefer.
