Can pre-surgery training improve recovery from ovarian cancer surgery?

Summary

This study tests whether a program of exercise, protein drinks, and breathing exercises before ovarian cancer surgery is practical and helpful. About 36 women will choose or be assigned to in-person coaching, remote coaching with an app, or standard education. The goal is to see if women can meet exercise targets and which approach they prefer.
