Summary

This study aims to see if a personalized exercise program done 2-4 weeks before knee or hip replacement surgery can help older adults (55+) think more clearly and reduce the risk of delirium after the operation. Participants will use wearable devices and a smartphone app to track their activity. The study compares the exercise group to those receiving standard care.
