Simple reminders tested to boost pregnancy health
NCT ID NCT07388433
Summary
This study tested three simple, low-cost methods to help pregnant women in Cambodia remember to take their daily prenatal vitamin and mineral supplements. Thirty-six women tried using family support sessions, a home tracking calendar, and short educational videos on their phones. Researchers wanted to see which method women found most helpful and actually led to better daily supplement use.
