Can a 6-Week class help pregnant women sleep better and move more?
NCT ID NCT07315971
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week educational program on healthy behaviors could help pregnant women sleep better and be more physically active. Researchers compared 57 pregnant women, with one group receiving the weekly training and the other receiving only standard care. The goal was to see if simple education could improve common pregnancy challenges like poor sleep and low activity.
