Can a 6-Week class help pregnant women sleep better and move more?
NCT ID NCT07315971
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week educational program on healthy behaviors could improve sleep quality and increase physical activity in pregnant women. Fifty-seven women in their third trimester were randomly assigned to either receive the weekly training sessions or to continue with their standard prenatal care. Researchers measured sleep and activity levels before, immediately after, and one month after the training to see if the program made a lasting difference.
