Summary
This study is testing whether pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy can help prevent urinary incontinence and improve birth outcomes for first-time mothers. Researchers will compare 151 pregnant women who either do the exercises or don't. The goal is to see if these exercises make a difference in birth experiences and bladder control after delivery.
