Summary

This study tested whether screening pregnant women for depression and anxiety and offering them online therapy could help prevent these conditions after childbirth. Over 3,300 pregnant women participated. One group received screening and access to animated video lessons or telehealth counseling during pregnancy, while a comparison group received usual care.
