Researchers probe hidden breathing risk after High-Risk births
NCT ID NCT07443345
Summary
This study aims to understand how often women with severe preeclampsia experience weakness in their main breathing muscle after a cesarean delivery. Researchers will observe 52 pregnant women with this condition, using ultrasound to measure diaphragm movement before and after surgery. The goal is to identify how common this complication is and what factors might increase the risk.
