Summary

This study tests whether the anti-inflammatory drug prednisone can improve core autism symptoms in adult males with a specific immune-related form of autism. Over 16 weeks, 32 participants will receive either prednisone or a placebo, with regular checkups and remote calls. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective enough to warrant larger studies.
