New tool aims to help doctors see the whole small intestine
NCT ID NCT07288346
Summary
This study is testing whether a new prediction tool helps doctors complete a full exam of the small intestine more often during a special scope procedure. The tool estimates how difficult it will be to see the entire small intestine before the procedure starts. Researchers will compare how often full exams are completed, what problems are found, and safety when doctors use the tool versus their usual approach.
