Summary
This study looked at over 1,100 adults who had heart surgery to create a tool that predicts a serious complication called vasoplegic syndrome. This condition causes dangerously low blood pressure that doesn't respond to usual treatments. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients early and improve their care.
