Early scan could flag High-Risk twin pregnancies

NCT ID NCT06935422

Summary

This study aims to see if a specific measurement taken during an ultrasound scan at 16-20 weeks of pregnancy can predict which identical twin pregnancies are at higher risk for serious complications. It will follow 55 pregnant individuals with identical twins who have a difference in this measurement between the two babies. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors better monitor and manage these high-risk pregnancies.
