First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study aims to find out if a simple brain wave test (EEG) can predict which teenagers with autism will improve after a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment called tDCS. Researchers will give tDCS to 90 teens with autism and measure changes in social and behavioral symptoms. The goal is to use machine learning to identify responders before treatment, saving time and effort for families.
