Summary
This study is testing a new medical device called PrediMAP that aims to predict whether a woman in preterm labor will deliver within 7 days. The device combines vaginal fluid biomarkers with ultrasound and clinical information to create a personalized prediction. Researchers are enrolling 3600 women who visit emergency rooms with preterm labor symptoms between 22-34 weeks of pregnancy.
