Summary

This study aimed to create a simple tool (nomogram) to predict how much oxygen levels might drop when a patient breathes with only one lung during chest surgery. Researchers collected data from 40 adults scheduled for video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). The goal is to help doctors prepare and prevent low oxygen levels, making surgery safer.
