This study aimed to find clues that help doctors choose the best migraine prevention plan for children. Researchers compared a common medication (propranolol) with behavioral therapy in 178 kids aged 6-16. They looked for signs—like anxiety levels or vitamin deficiencies—that could predict which treatment would work better for each child.
