First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence can predict which patients will be readmitted to the hospital within 30 days after surgery. About 300 adults having elective surgery will wear a smartwatch and smart ring that track heart rate, sleep, and other health signs. The goal is to catch early warning signs of complications that doctors might miss.
