First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special ultrasound (Doppler) can predict if a woman will develop a rare cancer called gestational trophoblastic neoplasia after having a molar pregnancy removed. Researchers will measure blood flow in the uterine artery before and after the procedure in 175 women. The goal is to find a safe, non-invasive way to identify those at higher risk so they can be monitored more closely.
