Can we better predict which seniors will get worse after an ER visit?

NCT ID NCT07194122

Summary

This study aims to create and test better prediction tools for seniors (65+) visiting the emergency room. Researchers will analyze data from over 140,000 patients to understand which vital signs and symptoms best predict serious outcomes like death, ICU admission, or hospital readmission. The goal is to help doctors identify at-risk seniors more accurately in the future.
