Can a simple Pre-Surgery check predict anesthesia trouble for moms?
NCT ID NCT07340346
Summary
This study aimed to see how well standard pre-surgery airway tests predict if placing a breathing tube will be difficult for pregnant women having a C-section. Researchers observed 546 women, checking their airways before surgery and then recording any difficulty during anesthesia. The goal was to improve safety by better identifying which patients might need special care during their procedure.
