Simple Pre-Op test may flag breathing risks after nose jobs
NCT ID NCT07344103
Summary
This study aims to see if a quick, non-invasive breathing measurement taken before surgery can help predict which patients might have low oxygen levels right after nose or sinus surgery. Researchers will observe 80 adults having these elective procedures to see if the pre-surgery score is linked to post-surgery breathing issues. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help doctors identify at-risk patients earlier.
