Ultrasound may predict dangerous blood pressure drop during prostate surgery

Summary

This study looks at whether ultrasound measurements of veins in the belly and leg can predict a sudden drop in blood pressure after spinal anesthesia in men having prostate surgery. About 110 adults aged 18-75 will take part. The goal is to help doctors act early to prevent complications.
