Can doctors predict your back pain coming back?
NCT ID NCT04254250
Summary
This study tested a mathematical model designed to predict if a herniated disc in the lower back will return after surgery. It followed 386 patients for three years after their operation to see if the model's predictions were accurate. The goal is to gather knowledge to help doctors better estimate a patient's risk of needing another surgery in the future.
