AI reads heart rhythms to predict future strokes

Summary

This study looks at 92 people who had a stroke with no known cause and now have a small heart monitor implanted. Researchers will use an artificial intelligence (AI) tool to analyze their ECGs and sort them into high-risk or low-risk groups. The goal is to see if the AI can predict who will develop atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) and other serious heart problems over time. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
