Summary
This study aims to create a personalized treatment plan for a common heart condition in babies born before 32 weeks. Researchers will use blood tests to predict which babies are at highest risk and test a new, targeted drug delivery system designed to treat the heart issue more precisely. The goal is to improve outcomes by matching the right treatment to the right baby at the right time.
