First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a personalized treatment for age-related osteoporosis in 60 women aged 45 and older. Instead of using a bone biopsy, doctors will use a simple blood test to decide which drug works best for each patient. The goal is to improve bone density and reduce fractures, while avoiding the need for lifelong medication in some cases.
