NCT ID NCT07653451
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether matching drug combinations to a patient's tumor genetics can help when standard immunotherapy stops working. About 90 people with advanced esophageal cancer will get one of three treatment pairs based on their cancer's molecular profile. The goal is to see if these personalized approaches can slow or stop the cancer from growing.
