First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a new image-reconstruction method called Precise Image on CT scans taken during medical procedures like needle biopsies or screw placements. Researchers want to see if it gives doctors clearer images to guide these procedures compared to the current standard. About 55 adults will have their existing CT scans analyzed. The goal is to prove the new method is at least as good as the current one.
