Summary
This study looked at whether taking a prebiotic supplement and doing moderate aerobic exercise for 16 weeks could reduce inflammation and improve blood vessel health, thinking, and mood in people with stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease. About 68 adults aged 30-75 took part. The goal was to see if these lifestyle changes could help control the disease and improve quality of life.
