Can a soda make you feel fuller? scientists test gut hormone response
NCT ID NCT07362563
Summary
This small pilot study aims to understand how drinking different prebiotic sodas affects the body's natural fullness signals and digestion speed. Fifteen healthy adults will drink three prebiotic sodas and one regular soda on separate visits to compare their effects. Researchers will measure gut hormones, how quickly the stomach empties, and participants' feelings of fullness after each drink.
