Can a new gut pill soothe your stomach woes?
NCT ID NCT07420231
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily supplement containing two gut-supporting ingredients (a prebiotic and a postbiotic) can help reduce intestinal discomfort in adults. 140 participants with ongoing gut issues will take either the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms like pain, bloating, and quality of life to see if the combination works better than either ingredient alone.
