Summary

This study is testing a new program that helps people prepare for hip or knee replacement surgery. The program includes education, medical support, and exercise to improve health before the operation. Researchers want to see if the program is practical and if it can lower surgical risks like high blood sugar or poor physical fitness. About 50 adults on the surgery waitlist will take part.
