Summary

This study aimed to measure how well a single-use antiseptic wipe (ChloraPrep) kills bacteria on skin before surgery. It involved 27 healthy volunteers with normal skin near the test areas. Researchers compared bacteria counts on the skin before and 10 minutes after using the wipe to see its effectiveness.
