Summary
This study is testing a special 'peri-habilitation' program designed to help older patients recover better from stomach cancer surgery. The program involves nutritional support before surgery and a combination of exercise and nutrition guidance for a few weeks after going home. Researchers will check if this approach helps patients regain strength faster, improves their quality of life, and reduces complications after the operation.
