Pre-Surgery stretches may ease pain after breast cancer surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether doing shoulder range-of-motion exercises for 6-8 weeks before a mastectomy can lower inflammation, pain, and shoulder problems after surgery. About 52 adults with advanced breast cancer will take part. The goal is to see if these simple exercises improve recovery and quality of life.
