NCT ID NCT07231575
First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests a new approach for people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer that can be surgically removed. Instead of standard chemotherapy, participants will receive a combination of targeted radiation (SBRT), an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab), and an antiangiogenic drug (anlotinib) before surgery. The goal is to see if this chemo-free strategy is safe and effective at shrinking or eliminating the tumor, with the hope of reducing side effects. The study enrolls 39 adults with stage IB to IIIB lung cancer that does not have certain genetic mutations.
