Summary

This was a detailed report on a single 11-year-old girl with a deformed upper arm bone from a past infection. Doctors wanted to see if a special physical therapy program before surgery could improve her shoulder movement, strength, and pain. The girl attended 12 therapy sessions over two months, which included exercises, stretching, and pain-relief treatments.
