NCT ID NCT07401056

First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a two-week program of walking and breathing exercises before surgery can help people with non-small cell lung cancer feel less pain, recover faster, and leave the hospital sooner. About 62 adults scheduled for lung cancer surgery will be split into two groups: one does the exercise program, the other gets standard care. Researchers will compare pain levels, recovery quality, and hospital stay length between the groups.
