Summary
This study is testing if a simple breathing treatment given to children before tonsil or adenoid surgery can help prevent coughing and breathing problems after the operation. Researchers will compare two different mists (lidocaine and a strong saltwater solution) to see which one works better. The goal is to make recovery safer and more comfortable for children undergoing this very common procedure.
