First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at two common muscle treatments—percussion therapy and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization—to see how they affect muscle fatigue, strength, pain, and oxygen levels. Twenty healthy, sedentary adults aged 18-35 will receive both treatments on separate days before exercise. The goal is to understand which method helps muscles perform better and recover faster.
