First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study compares two common pre-exercise treatments—percussion therapy and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization—to see how they affect muscle fatigue, strength, pain, and oxygen levels. Twenty healthy, sedentary adults aged 18-35 will try both treatments in a crossover design. The goal is to understand which method better prepares muscles for exercise.
