New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called PQ203 for advanced solid tumors, including a hard-to-treat type of breast cancer. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe and to find the best dose for future studies. About 80 adults who have run out of standard treatment options will receive the drug as a weekly IV infusion.
