First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested a gel called PP405 for safety and early signs of hair regrowth in 78 adults with male or female pattern baldness. Participants used the gel daily for up to 3 months. The main goal was to check for side effects and how the body processes the drug. This is an early-stage trial, so more research is needed to know if it really works.
