Summary
This trial tests whether adding Powerball training to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve elbow motion in adolescents aged 12–18 with medial epicondyle apophysitis, a common overuse elbow injury in young baseball players. Participants will receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus 30 minutes of Powerball training per session. The study measures changes in pain and elbow range of motion over time.
