First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study aims to create a power training program for veterans aged 65 and older who have lost some ability to move around easily. The program will be developed with input from veterans themselves and tested for how well it works and how much participants like it. The study will measure leg strength, physical function, and how often participants attend sessions. This is a small, early-stage study to gather information for a larger future trial.
